• Make all schedule adjustments, including travel in Crew Trac, assuring FAR compliance and contractual obligations are met.
• Interact with SOC and SOC supervisors to answer questions and provide up to date information as required.
• Monitor - Not notified and Check-in reports; advise Crewmembers of all schedule changes in timely fashion.
• Monitor all other reports – updating Crew Cards and line up sheet making sure all match. This includes Blue Skies and R drive reports for HR Crewmember pay reports.
• Book any travel or hotels that need changed outside of the normal travel department through CTC Get There program.
