
Mr. Manibusan became the President of CCIA in February 2010 bringing over
forty years of aviation knowledge and solid leadership experience.
Prior to joining CCIA, Mr. Manibusan was the Vice President of Maintenance
and Engineering at Hawaiian Airlines. Mr. Manibusan brings sixteen
years of cargo aviation leadership experience during his career with ABX
Air, as Senior Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering. He also
held several executive level positions and leadership roles at Alaska
Airlines, Continental Airlines and Ozark Airlines. He served in the
U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve for over
twenty-five years and retired from the military in 1997 with the rank of
Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Manibusan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from St. Louis University.

Mr. Greene is responsible for Customer Service and leads the sales and marketing efforts. He joined CCIA in 1995 and played a pivotal role in the start-up of Capital Cargo International Airlines. Mr. Greene possesses over thirty years of airline industry experience with a specialization in the marketing of domestic and international cargo transport services. He has held a variety of management and executive positions within the airline industry, at The Flying Tiger Line, Spirit of America Airlines, CF Airfreight and Emery Worldwide Airlines. Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. Vestal is responsible for Flight Operations and department
organization including: staffing supporting services, equipment,
directives, and instructions required for the safe and efficient conduct
of Flight Operations. He joined CCIA in 2010 and brings over twenty-one
years of airline experience with strong leadership in Flight
Administration/Operations, Labor Relations, Crew Scheduling Dispatch,
Flight Standards and Training. During his career, Mr. Vestal held
positions as System Chief Pilot, B767 Chief Pilot/Training Captain, DC9
Chief Pilot/Training Captain and Line Captain with over 12,000 hours of
domestic and international flying.
Mr. Savastano is responsible for the Maintenance
Department including the Logistics, Quality, Planning & Records, Maintenance
Control, Technical and Maintenance Service functions. Mr. Savastano
possesses over 30 years of aviation experience and has held a variety of
leadership positions including Fleet/ ETOPS Program Manager for the B757
certification at Allegiant Air, VP of Technical Services for Ryan
International Airlines, VP of Maintenance, General Manager and VP of
Maintenance & Engineering. He started his airline career as an aircraft
mechanic at Eastern Airlines, advancing to the position of Manager, Heavy
Maintenance. Mr. Savastano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional
Studies from Barry University; private pilot and A & P licenses.

Mr. McAnally is responsible for the Financial, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Analysis functions. He joined Cargo Holdings, Inc. (CHI) in September 2006, as the Director of Taxation. Mr. McAnally was later named the financial leader for CCIA following the sale of CHI in December 2007. Prior to his career in cargo aviation, Mr. McAnally spent six years in wholesale distribution of building construction materials as a Corporate Tax Manager and later a Line of Business Controller for Hughes Supply/HD Supply. Mr. McAnally began his career at the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida; as well as, a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Central Florida. He has been a Florida CPA since July 1996

Mr. Troxell is responsible for all Safety, Security and Regulatory
Compliance. He joined CCIA in 2003 as a B727 Flight Engineer Line and Simulator
Check Airman. He later became Director of Flight Standards & Training. Prior to
joining CCIA, Mr. Troxell held several key positions with Evergreen
International Airlines, including Chief Flight Engineer and Check Airman,
Systems Chief Engineer, Director of Training, VP of Flight Operations and Chief
Operating Officer. He has served as a member of the National Air Carrier
Association Operations and Training Counsel and the Air Transport Association
Operations Council. Mr. Troxell served in the US Air Force in several high
profile operations including, OPERATION HOMECOMING for the return of POWS from
North Viet Nam; as a Crewmember of AIR FORCE ONE during both the Reagan
and Bush administrations (in support of The PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES)
until his retirement.
